In some circles I am affectionately known as "The Phone Coach" whilst others consider me the Cold Calling/Lead Generation Master. I have honed my craft over many years across a range of industries and businesses including Yellow Pages/Sensis, Citi Bank, AMP, AXA, Energy Australia, Stellar BPO, National Mutual, Memorex, Colliers Books,
Pro Score (NSW Rugby League) to name a few.

The pleasure of being invited to be a contributing writer to 2 International Best Selling Books - Selling is a Cinch and How To Sell Stacks & Stacks of Anything by world renowned sales trainer & founder of National Speakers Australia Mr Doug Malouf certainly changed my thinking and understand that I have a gift in being comfortable doing Cold Calling both on the phone and face to face. First contribution was in 1989 and then Doug sought me out again in 1999 to do a retrospective on how the telephone had impacted the way we do business and just how much had changed from the 20th coming into the 21st century.
